Devon & Somerset Oct 2011

I must agree with DK when he highlighted the Starlings in his Tour Report. They were definitely the highlight for me - with the Cranes, Bitterns and Marsh Harriers coming equal second.

I absolutely loved the Somerset Levels. I have already had the chance to return and will be doing so as often as I can.

I found it an excellent trip: New things to see in new locations, excellent accomodation and very good company. I hope that we all meet again in the not too distant future.
